BlackBerry launching New Curve in India

Research In Motion is going to release  the next generation BlackBerry Curve 9360
Smartphone in India in collaboration with Airtel.

This next generation device features a stunning new design along with a significant hardware upgrade and unmatched mobile social experiance.The New Blackberry Curve 9360 is a 3G smartphone with QWERTY keyboard as the other Blackberrys have.

It will runs on the new Blackberry 7 operating software and have 800MHz processor with 512 MB RAM. The 2.4 inch screen with a resolution of 480*360 pixel doesn't support touch input unlike of Bold 9900.The New OS features a faster browsing speed and better graphics.

Blackberry Curve 9360 is going to come with an optical trackpad. It also has a nice 5 megapixel camera for better picture quality. The phone also supports GPS, Wi-fi, NFC (near field communication) and memory  upto 32 GB expandable through microSD card.

According to RIM , the new Blackberry Curve 9360 will be available in market at a price of Rs 19,990. New Airtel subscribers will get 2 months free trial of Blackberry plan of Rs 299 and local calls at 20p and SMS at 5p for a year.
