There is rumor that Samsung Galaxy III is Under Development and the
specifications that may Samsung Galaxy III will have are ::

• OS : Android may be new Android  Ice cream sandwich which may be followed by jelly bean
• Processor : Quad-core 2.0 GHz processor
• Display : 4.65 inch Super Amoled III display 
• Resolution : 1280*1024 QVGA resolution
• Pixel density : 352-PPI , highest till date on smartphone
• Memory : 1.5GB RAM and expandable memory with 32 GB memory in built
• Camera : 10 Megapixel camera with LED Flash
• Video Recording : Recording videos of 1080p at  60fps
• Battery : 2250mAh battery
• TouchWiz : TouchWiz 5 which is different from the current versions
• Built-in NFC

It may be release in mid 2012.
